Established in 2013 by Philippine entrepreneur Alberto Flores Opeña — a professional mixologist, beverage consultant and award-winning flair bartender — Ounce grew out of a career spent on the floor, at the pass and behind the stick. Alberto is also the mastermind behind the late company PREMIX, the very first company supplying events and clubs staff in the UAE.
Today, Ounce continues to work closely with well-known companies in the UAE such as MMI, Sirocco, Coca-Cola, Truebell Marketing, Flash Entertainment, Spinney's, Horeca and other esteemed organizations.
